American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Raleigh is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

They have THE BEST APPLE FRITTERS in the world! This place is a Hidden gem. Go check them out. Address says Raleigh but itβs right on the Caryβs edge. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Amazing prices! Go get you some fresh made donuts made with love..

I just moved to the area from the other side of Raleigh. Was very happy to find this place this morning. Iβve heard of it for years. I just never happened to stop by. They are the fluffiest donuts! I also got a cup of coffee that was very hot and not too strong. Great experience. And cheap!! I canβt believe how much some of this places want to charge for donuts now. For half a dozen and the coffee and it came to less the $9. Thatβs unheard of today. Looking forward to trying the other flavors.

My go-to donut spot in the Raleigh/Cary area! They have a HUGE selection of donuts and all that I have tried have been amazing. The customer service is also great- even with long lines in the morning they move through everyone quickly while being friendly and making conversation :) I typically get an assorted dozen and it comes out to around to $15. My favorite item from them is either the apple fritters or blueberry cake donut

The donuts and other pastries are by far some of the best. My only and frequent complaint is the customer service. On my last visit the women that I never want to get was the one who took order. She was rude as though I was bothering her by placing an order. I simply wanted to surprise a friend with donuts and requested two different bags. She told me no, put them in box. I said, please it is for two different people. She finally relented but, it was eye rolling, impatience, and the way she spoke to me. I said" I apologize for bothering you She said " I should know what I want before coming and that many donuts,6 total 3 in each bag, and 2 cinnamon rolls 1 in each bag with donuts. O and I was the customer and paid for items. Each time I have gone I have encountered such rudeness except for the 2 young lady's that I feel are not related to the owners of establishment were kind. So today as I bit into my donut, which tasted great, is the donut worth me being made to feel bad for daring to be a customer. After a bite of cinnamon roll, which also was great. No And I see how they treat some of there customers and I am certain if I told them I was not coming back for their yummy donuts t

Well, good news was I finally able to obtain some yummy donuts. I asked the worker when do they typically sell out of product. They mentioned Monday thru Fridays usually around 4pm to 5pm. Sautdays by 1pm or earlier. Duely noted when to come by. Awesome variety to sweets. Greatly recommend.
